What exactly do I receive?
You receive a virtual card number, CVV, and expiration date by email. This can be used for any online purchase where Visa or Mastercard is accepted — just like a physical card but digital.
Are there any fees?
The card price includes all processing fees. You pay only the face value of the card in crypto equivalent. There are no hidden fees from us, though the blockchain network fee for your crypto payment applies.
Can the card be used multiple times?
Yes, it's a prepaid card — you can make multiple purchases until the balance is used up. Once the balance is spent, the card cannot be reloaded (it's a one-time prepaid product).
What if I don't receive my card?
Check your spam folder first. If your payment was confirmed but you didn't receive the card, contact us with your trade ID and we'll resolve it promptly.
