What is a crypto swap aggregator?

Do I need to register anywhere?
No. Neither with us nor with the underlying exchange (for KYC-A rated options). You just provide a receive address and send your coins. Nothing else required.
What is the difference between fixed and floating rate?
Fixed: your payout is locked the moment you confirm — regardless of what the market does while the swap processes. Floating: the final amount is calculated at the time the exchange receives your deposit — could be slightly better or worse.
What should I do if my swap gets stuck?
First check the status — it may just be confirming slowly due to network congestion. If it shows "failed" or "halted," contact the exchange directly using the trade ID shown. If you provided a refund address, most exchanges will automatically return your coins.
How long does a swap take?
Typically 5–30 minutes. This depends on the blockchain's confirmation time for the coin you're sending. Monero swaps, for example, take longer due to its network design. The exchange starts processing once enough confirmations are received.
What is the Monero Bridge?
The Monero Bridge uses XMR as an intermediary between two swaps, routed through different exchanges for enhanced privacy. Some coin pairs may automatically route through XMR to get you the best rate while maximizing privacy.
